Hear Here was founded in 2022 by husband/wife team Brandon and Kate Hays. As partners in both life and business, they know how to be great teammates to each other and the artists they work with. With over a decade of industry experience in nearly every corner of the music business, you can trust these two to get you where you want to be. Brandon and Kate especially love showing young artists the ropes and helping get them in the right rooms to make the connections that will help them thrive.

Brandon is here to be your guide. He is an accomplished drummer, tour manager, artist manager, and cocktail crafter. Having diverse experience across so many aspects of the music industry makes him exactly the guy you want in your corner as you walk through the challenges of making a career and a life with your art. And he's always ready to raise a glass to your successes along the way.

Brandon is most compelled by the music itself and the way it creates a particular richness in life that nothing else can. “I think music is so important, and I love working with an artist to make music that makes people feel things.” You can count on B to value your art and advocate for you as you make it.

Kate is here to anticipate and navigate all of the details going on behind the scenes as you take your proverbial stage, whatever that may look like. She brings 5 years of advancing experience to the table and a lifetime of commitment to excellence in everything she does.

Kate cares about the details because she cares about you. “I like taking stuff off of people’s plates, giving them the space they need to create and dream without being bogged down by things like scheduling. That nitty gritty stuff is what energizes me, so I’m happy to take it.” Every artist needs a Kate.
